Absolutely! Our patches are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Because relieving your pain while respecting animals is possible!
Are there any known side effects?
Our CBD patches have no known side effects. However, if you have any known allergies or are pregnant, we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor before use, as a precaution.
Where are Nané patches made?
Our patches are made in the Netherlands, the CBD expert country! Designed in super rigorous facilities that meet the highest quality standards. Tested, scientifically approved, and ready to relieve you.
How should I store CBD patches?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct light. In short, a small dark corner where they will wait quietly to relieve you.
How long is a CBD patch effective?
Our CBD patches remain effective for 24 hours. A whole day of peace and quiet... what more could you ask for?

Below are some common questions about shipping times, costs, and tracking options for your orders.
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, allow 2 to 3 business days in France, and 3 to 7 days for Belgium and Switzerland. If you're impatient (we understand), we'll send you a tracking number so you can track your package all the way to your door!
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland and some other European countries. Check the full list when ordering, and if you live elsewhere... be patient, we're working on it!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in France for orders over €55. For Belgium and Switzerland, a flat rate of €5.99 applies. Fees for other countries are calculated at checkout. A small price for a big relief!
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your package. You can also track your package right here by entering your email and order number. It's a bit like tracking down a gift you bought yourself, right?
My package is marked delivered, but I haven't received anything
Don't panic! If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or contact our customer service. We'll find it together!

The delivery address I provided is incorrect, what should I do?
No worries, if the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at contact@patch-nane.fr. We will do everything to correct this before sending.
I have not received the order confirmation, what should I do?
Check your junk mail, these little rascals sometimes like to hide there. If nothing is there, contact us with your name and email, and we will send you a copy.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still modify it. Contact us quickly to see what we can do!
What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
We don't like bad surprises either! Contact our customer service with your order number and we will correct it without delay.
